01/05/2011 - Aaron steele takes a fine victory in race one at Sneterton leading the field from pole to flag to continue his unbeaten record in the F3 Cup at the Snetterton 300 circuit.

Steele was gifted an early lead as fellow front row sitter Louis Hamilton-Smith stalled on the grid droppping right to the back of the field. From there Steele never looked back, finishing up 13.288 seconds ahead of Alex Craven in second place.

After his disastorous start Hamilton-Smith set about catching up the rest of the field from the back with great effect. After lap four Hamilton-Smith had made his way up to sixth. Then on Lap eight he clinched the final podium place from Chris Needham and continued to finish 33.381 seconds behind Steele.

Chris Needham came home fourth with matt Draper only just over a tenth of a second behind him in fifth place. Mark Terry, making a welcome return to the F3 Cup series, finished sixth with series newcomer Alf Skeels seventh and Neil Harrison rounding off the top eight.

James Leadamun took the glory in Class B finishing the race in eleventh position.
