F3 Cup moves into the final third of the 2015 season with a strengthening entry list, and points leader Aaron Steele seeking to maintain the advantage that has been secured by a double maximum points haul at Spa Francorchamps.  The two closest challengers to Steele's Grays Motorsport car are Stuart Wiltshire (Chris Dittmann Racing) and Jacopo Sebastiani (Omicron Motorsport). Wiltshire has been having a storming season in his Dallara F306, and Snetterton should suit him well, plus CDR are on a roll after major wins in BRDC F4. On the other hand, the Norfolk circuit is Omicron's home track and Sebastiani's team manager Tristan Cliffe will be applying all his experience to ensure his man gets the best possible result. Jacopo will be joined this weekend by team mate wade Eastwood, it will intriguing to see what he can do in his first F3 Cup outing.

After a difficult start to the year, the very quick Louis Hamilton-Smithis climbing up the points table fast, and had an excellent weekend at Spa.  He goes well at Snetterton and should figure prominently. CF Racing's regular F3 Cup driver Daniel Tapinos has been skirting the podium steps for several rounds now, and he was another driver to have a very strong outing at Spa.  It's only a matter of time before he makes the step up to take a trophy, and at Snetterton he will be accompanied by team manager Hywel Lloyd, who is also a very successful F3 driver in his own right.

To add even more interest to the weekend, double first-round winner Henry Chart returns to the fray in his Enigma Motorsport car having now completed his studies, and also having sorted a persistent engine problem.  He's another very quick driver and could easily return to the sharp-end this weekend.  A real wild card in this weekend's entry is Carlin's Zack Claman.  The Canadian teenager has very sportingly entered in as an "Invitation" entry so that he doesn't interfere with the points table for the established runners, but he is definitely looking for a podium finish, with all the proven expertise of Carlin behind him.  In the past the ex-British F3 team have provided the launch platform for many major motor racing careers, and Zack could very well be next...

In the Trophy class Adrian Holey returns with his immaculate Wally Liles tended car, but he will face competition from the returning James Ledamun, who is taking time off from his day job at TRS seat belts for a first run out this season.  The entry is rounded off by Neil Tomlinson in his Edginton Racing-run car, exploring F3 Cup in his Monoposto-spec Dallara as a precursor to taking part in future events.

F3 Cup will have qualifying and Race One on Saturday, with Races Two and Three on Sunday. You can follow the action via live timing on the F3 Cup website, with live updates also available on Twitter.
