F3 Cup's Revised 2020 Calendar Announced
F3 Cup's revised calendar has been announced pending the resumption of motorsport in the UK
MSVR is pleased to announce today (12 June) the revised calendar for the 2020 F3 Cup Championship, as the whole UK motorsport community looks to restart in July. Following Motorsport UK’s announcement in March that they were suspending all organising permits until at least 30th June due to the COVID-19 crisis, it was with regret that F3 Cup's first three scheduled rounds were postponed.
The first weekend of the truncated championship takes place at Snetterton, on the previously scheduled weekend of 11/12 July. The first of two September rounds takes the championship to Donington Park's GP circuit on 12/13 September, before a return to Norfolk on 26 September. The championship will conclude at Donington Park on the tighter National circuit, on 25 October - if tradition follows, the champion will be crowned at this final weekend.
It should be noted that this calendar remains provisional and subject to both government and Motorsport UK guidelines.
A number of exciting announcements are scheduled over the next few weeks, so keep an eye on the website and social media channels (@F3Cup) for the latest updates.
